SOULCYCLE Ride Rewards 🔥

Look for the Ride Rewards badge (e.g., "$4 Ride Reward") on select classes. Book it, ride and then apply the savings towards your next purchase.

1. What is this badge I'm seeing on some classes?

That's a Ride Reward. Select classes carry a small reward, three to seven dollars. If you book that class online and attend, the reward goes onto your account automatically and can be applied to your next class purchase at online checkout.

2. How do I earn it?

Book a class that shows the badge, through the app or the website, and attend. Once you're checked in and the class wraps, the rewards lands on your account automatically.

3. Do I need to sign up or enter a code?

No. There's nothing to sign up for and no code. If you book a badged class online and ride, you earn it automatically.

4. I attended the class but I don't see my reward yet.

It lands within the hour after class ends. You'll get a confirmation email when it does. If it's been longer than that and no email arrived, reach out to YSM and they'll take a look.

5. Where do I see my balance?

Three places: the confirmation email you get each time you earn, a Sunday summary email of any balance you haven't spent yet, and at online checkout, where it shows up and can be applied.

6. How do I spend it?

At the online checkout you'll see your balance and can tap to apply it on class purchases. So classes, class packs, and memberships.

7. Can I use it here at the desk, or on retail?

Not as of right now. It applies to class purchases at online checkout only, so classes, packs, and memberships bought through the app or website. Retail and gift cards aren't included.

8. Does it expire?

Yes, each reward lasts 60 days from the day you earn it. Your confirmation email shows the date.

9. Is there a limit to what I can earn?

Yes, up to forty-five dollars a month per rider.

10. What if I cancel or no-show?

The reward is for attending. If you late cancel or no-show, that class doesn't earn. Book another badged class and ride.

11. If I book at the front desk, do I earn the reward?

For the pilot it's online bookings only, so book through the app or the website to earn.

12. Why does my friend's class show a reward and mine doesn't?

Rewards go on select classes, and which classes carry one changes through the week. Keep an eye on the schedule in the app; the badge tells you exactly which classes earn.

13. My class had a badge when I looked earlier, but it changed. What do I get?

You get what you saw when you booked. The value at the time you booked is the value you earn.

14. I ride on a comped class. Do I earn?

Comped rides don't earn during the pilot. Rewards go with paid, direct online bookings.

15. I book through ClassPass. Do I earn?

Bookings through third-party platforms like ClassPass don't earn. It's for direct bookings through the SoulCycle app or website.

16. Can I combine it with another promo or discount?

Your Ride Rewards balance applies as one credit per order, and cannot be combined with a SoulCycle discount at checkout.

17. What if my balance is bigger than what I'm buying?

Your rewards covers up to your order total, and whatever is left stays on your balance for next time. It never converts to cash.

18. Something looks wrong with my rewards. Who do I contact?

Reach out to YSM and they'll get it sorted.
