As a native Boston girl, Allie is all about finding ways to live day by day with a positive mindset. Growing up as a gymnast and cheerleader, she was always finding ways to stay active alongside being everyone's biggest hype girl. After undergoing two knee surgeries, she discovered a passion for indoor cycling. Now, she brings her unique, SPICY energy and enthusiasm to every class, ensuring that everyone feels motivated and strong. She believes a workout is not about how it looks, but it's about how it makes you feel, and hopes to make every class a positive experience for every rider.
